When you need nearly any semiconductor
device FAST and aren't too concerned about the price,
Digikey is the place to go. There is a very large online
inventory that can be shipped via overnight carrier
within just a few hours, and they are extremely reliable,
with good tracking data.

Another large-inventory source
that's small-order friendly. Mouser is especially good
with passives, connectors, and older parts.

|
| Though
this is billed as a surplus supplier, it is often a very
economical
source of what you need, or something close to it, quickly. |

| This should
be viewed not as a surplus source, but rather as a source
for small production runs, especially of wall-mounted
power supplies, in quantities from 1,000-10,000. Other
